Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of MegaIndex complies with applicable laws, third-party terms, platform rules, and the rights of others.

MegaIndex must not be used for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Access to MegaIndex does not mean that we approve or validate any specific user workflow, target website, or use case.

Users may not use MegaIndex for:

MegaIndex may request additional information about a user, company, business model, payment activity, or intended use case before or after providing access to the service.

This may include reviewing account details, payment information, usage patterns, support requests, or other information needed to assess risk.

We may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access if a use case appears illegal, abusive, deceptive, suspicious, high-risk, or inconsistent with our Terms of Service.

We may monitor service usage to protect MegaIndex, our infrastructure, our users, our partners, and third parties.

This may include reviewing traffic usage records, Browser API activity, request metadata, system logs, IP addresses, payment records, and support history.

MegaIndex does not control third-party websites and does not determine the legality of user-submitted URLs, requests, instructions, or automation workflows.

Users are responsible for their own workflows and for ensuring that their use of MegaIndex is lawful and appropriate.

MegaIndex may block, limit, or restrict certain activity, destinations, use cases, or accounts at our discretion.
